Q.E.F. electronic innovations has an exciting opportunity for an application engineer, who is responsible for developing new and maintaining existing vision applications. The individual selected for this position will aid the Application Technician team in developing vision applications.
Duties:
Work collaboratively with existing staff to enhance, maintain and update vision applications and develop new applications.
Provide customer support for technical questions and product applications
Interface with end-users to make modifications to existing vision systems.
Requirements:
Minimum HTS in electronics or related field with 2 to 5 years experience
ability to compose code in C and C++
Ability to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment, organize and establish priorities
Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
Preferred:
Experience with developing electronics
Knowledge of marketing
Successful candidates will be able to "hit the ground running"
